Conveying system:

2.Pure titanium chain finger,reasonable design, no block. The finger strength is good, no deformation. The finger hook end is from big to small trend, easy to remove tin, fast heating,no wetting.

3.Adjusting screw with sealed design, clean appearance, the dust and debris are not easy to enter the inside of the screw, lubricating oil is difficult to be polluted, no need often maintain.

4.Effectively prevent hazards, will not cause transportation failure and personnel injury.

Oxidation reduction device:

1.The solder pot adopts enclosure design, which can effectively control the quantity of tin slag oxidation and reduce the use cost. The distance between the two nozzles is about 30mm, which effectively controls the temperature drop between the first and second waves and ensures the welding quality.

2.Using dynamic rotating part to isolate the oxygen, eliminate the black oxide, reduce the quantity of tin slag.

3.The oxidation reduction device effectively control the flow speed of the wave , reduce the drop, eliminate the "bean residue" phenomenon.
